As for how I arrived in Bastrop, TX, I was born and raised in Midland, TX where I graduated from Robert E Lee High School. After high school I decided it was time for a change of scenery, one with a little less dust and oil, so I moved to San Marcos, TX to attend Texas State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. While attending Texas State I became a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority and met my now husband, Brandon. After college we moved to Cedar Park, TX where we lived for 13 years prior to making a life changing decision to move to the amazing city of Bastrop, TX- our home for the last four years. We have two spunky children, my daughter, Parker (11), and my son, Colton (7). As a family we enjoy soaking up the sunshine, exploring the trails in our neighborhood and surrounding area, going to the river, camping (glamping more so), and spending time with our family and friends. Bastrop has truly captured our hearts, and we look forward to building a future here for years to come.
